Panel e: Landulph Memorial Hall

Built as a memorial to all from Landulph who served in the Second World War, the Hall is the focal point of the parish. It was funded by local subscriptions and fund raising events.

Present and past Management and Fund Raising Committees must be congratulated on their achievements. It is important that future generations will take on these tasks so that the Hall will continue to play its important role in Parish life.

With its main hall, annexe, snooker room, stage, kitchen and other facilities, Landulph's Memorial Hall provides the parish with one of the best meeting places for miles around.

Reg 76 and Rita Rice 72 have both helped the hall to function in so many ways over many years. Reg, a former acoustical engineer, was until recently a parish councillor - a post he held for 12 years. Rita was the secretary of both the Management and Fund Raising Committees, posts she had held for several years.
